Funding your HERAKABET account takes a couple of taps in the app. This page covers every deposit method we support, how quickly each one clears, the limits that apply, and what to do when a payment does not go through.

Deposit Methods

We support cards, e-wallets, bank transfer and crypto. Which options appear in your app depends on your registered country, because local banking rules differ.

Card, wallet and mobile-pay deposits land on your balance immediately, so you can place a bet seconds after confirming. Bank transfers are slower purely because of how banks route funds between institutions — that delay sits with the bank, not with us.

How to Deposit in the App

The whole flow lives on the Balance screen. You never need a desktop browser.

1. Open the app and tap Balance, then Deposit.
2. Pick a method. Saved cards and wallets appear at the top.
3. Enter an amount at or above the method’s minimum.
4. Confirm. Card payments may ask for 3-D Secure from your bank.
5. Watch for the confirmation toast — your new balance shows straight away.

First-time deposits with a new card sometimes need a one-off verification step. If that happens, the app tells you exactly which document to upload and you can keep browsing markets while it clears.

Limits

Minimums are set per method, above. Maximums depend on your account level and on your own responsible-gaming settings, which always take priority over the platform ceiling.

You can lower these yourself at any time under Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Reductions apply immediately; increases go through a cooling-off period on purpose.

Fees

HERAKABET does not charge a deposit fee on any method. Your own bank, wallet or the blockchain network may still charge you — a crypto network fee, for instance, is paid to miners and never reaches us. Check with your provider if an amount arrives short.

Why Was My Deposit Declined?

Declines almost always come from the payment provider rather than from us. The usual causes:

• Bank blocked the merchant category. Many banks refuse gambling transactions by default. A call to your bank usually clears it.
• 3-D Secure not completed. The confirmation window was closed or timed out.
• Name mismatch. The payment instrument must belong to the account holder. Third-party payments are rejected by policy.
• Below the minimum. Check the table above — minimums differ per method.
• Daily limit reached. Including any limit you set yourself.

If none of these apply, contact support through in-app chat with the time, amount and method. Do not retry a failed payment repeatedly — repeated attempts can trigger a temporary block from your bank.

Supported Currencies

Accounts can be held in EUR, USD, GBP, NGN, INR, PHP and BRL. Your currency is fixed when you register and cannot be changed afterwards, so pick the one you will actually deposit in — depositing in a different currency means a conversion by your provider at their rate.

Deposits and the Welcome Bonus

The matched welcome offer applies to your first qualifying deposit only, with a €10 minimum and minimum odds of 1.5 on the qualifying bet. Bonus funds and cash are tracked separately in the app, so you can always see which balance a bet will draw from before you confirm.

You are never required to take a bonus. Decline it on the deposit screen and your balance stays entirely cash, with no wagering conditions attached.

Security

Every transaction runs over a 256-bit SSL encrypted connection, and we never store full card numbers on our own systems. Card details are held by our payment processor under PCI-DSS rules. Enable biometric unlock in the app so a deposit cannot be made without your fingerprint or face.
